Yeh Windows hardly care anymore but still aren't going make it easy for users. Ask around or advertise for one no longer being used. Once up and running you can talk through loopholes with windows so you can use update service. But okay you have to have to get there first. I have 2000 pro that dont need product key that i give away on rare occasion someone wants it, but unfortunately I wont send copy cross-border. Best advice ask around for a good copy.and I think 2000 still supported.Edit - havent used for yonks ages but remember as good system - under-rated even.
