Intel Gma 945 Windows 7 Driver
My System: Asus EeePC 1000H 2 GB RAM Intel GMA 945 I used Vista Home Premium a long time - with the latest Vista graphicsdriver for the GMA 945 graphics unit. Now I am using Windows 7 RC with the latest Windows 7 graphicsdriver (Prerelease WDDM 1.0). In both cases I experienced a poor FPS when using the appropriate operating system drivers. Only if I am using the latest available XP driver for the Intel GMA 945 - either on Vista or Windows 7 - I experienced a boost of 30-40 percent of FPS (just felt, could be 25 percent too). On the other hand, Aero doesn't work with XP drivers - Vista and Windows 7 look awful then. Any chance to fix that somehow? Thank you, but I see no real answer regarding my problems.
