The SSE splash top keeps showing that progress bar even after 15 minutes, nothing is happening. There's also a CustomCommand window which pops up, saying that the.dll is missing. But you can't click 'OK' because the splashtop (annoyingly) stays in front of it and can't be moved.When you force the splash top to go away by killing it you get a new one saying that QuestViewer is installed in the wrong location.
